October 21, 2011 ORBS will be attending the UNO Paranormal Summit from 6pm to 10:30pm. It will be held in the Ballroom in Uno’s Milo Bail Student Center. Attendees will hear from a variety of local Omaha experts on ghostly and paranormal activity. After the groups talk about their most interesting investigations, everyone will follow one team out on the UNO campus for an actual ghost hunt! Then there will be a panel where the groups answer questions while we evaluate the ghost hunt findings! There will be a $5.00 cover charge to attend this event. ORBS will be attending the The Nebraska Paranormal Societies public meeting for education and outreach. The meeting will be from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM. A $2.00 per person donation is requested to cover meeting expenses. The meeting will be held at Valentino's, 27th & Highway 2, in Lincoln - no purchase is required. We will be discussing paranormal and demonstrate the equipment we use to scientifically conduct our investigations. March 19, 2011 ORBS will be attending the UNO Paranormal Society Meeting at the UNO campus in Omaha to discuss the paranormal and demonstrate the equipment we use to scientifically conduct our investigations. The meeting starts at 12:00 pm and will be located in Durham Science Center in room 285. NOVEMBER 19, 2010 ORBS will be traveling to Norfolk, Ne to J's Steakhouse at 7:30 pm. We will be conducting a panel discussing the paranormal and demonstrating the equipment we use to scientifically conduct our investigations. We will also show some videos and discuss our evidence. There will be a $5.00 cover charge to cover the rental of the room. OCTOBER 30, 2010 ORBS will accompany Fontenelle Bus Tours as they take a trip to a Atchinson, Kansas, proclaimed to be the most haunted towns in Kansas. ORBS will attend a Ghost Hunter's Meet-and-Greet Picnic hosted by the Nebraska Paranormal Society. It will be held at Pioneers Park in Lincoln, Ne. 2:00 to 4:00 pm it will be open to local groups and from 4:00 to 6:00 pm, open to the public. MAY 14, 2010 ORBS will accompany Fontenelle Bus Tours as they take a trip to the Villisca Axe Murder House in Villisca, Iowa and then on to the Sherman Hill District of Des Moines. Core Con is a non-profit science fiction, fantasy, horror and anime convention.
